Bridge and Hard Money Financing

Bridge and hard money loans are both short-term, asset-based financing options often used in real estate investing.   They are short term loans (6 months to three years) that are ideal for borrowers needing quick interim financing during property transitions or temporary cash flow gaps for real estate investment or renovation purposes.   The generally require the real estate as collateral and feature quick approval and funding that allow the borrower to securing the property before securing long-term financing thru more traditional means.
